Oh So Delicious Salad Dressing

Ingredients :
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup white sugar or Splenda
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions :
Combine vinegar, sugar, and ranch packet in a large jar and shake to combine. Add in olive oil and shake again. Shake well. 

About 85 calories per 2 TBS with sugar.
Makes about 2 cups.

Wow Wow Salad Dressing


¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp Sriracha

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.



Skinny Green Goddess Salad Dressing

1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts (3 to 4)
1 tablespoon tarragon
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt (more to taste)
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Instructions
Place the mayonnaise, vinegar, scallions, basil, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the yogurt and process just until blended. (If not using immediately, refrigerate the dressing until ready to serve.)
When serving, the dressing may be poured on top of the salad or served separately to meet each guests personal preference.


Pickle Pucker Salad Dressing

1 cup mayo
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons pickle juice well drained
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until well chilled. 

    Stir again before using. 

Skinny Cilantro Salad Dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 oz milk
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Place all ingredients in a blender or hand chop; cover, process or blend until blended. Add more milk to make thinner.  To thin, and the cilantro will separate.  Refrigerate covered, until served.
