1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 oz milk
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Place all ingredients in a blender or hand chop; cover, process or blend until blended. Add more milk to make thinner. To thin, and the cilantro will separate. Refrigerate covered, until served.
