Pickle Pucker Salad Dressing

1 cup mayo
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons pickle juice well drained
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until well chilled. 

    Stir again before using.
